The LEOS Organizational Transformation

A six-month, stakeholder-validated engagement for growing companies that are losing time, money, knowledge, and employee energy through unclear ownership, broken handovers, fragmented tools, and leadership bottlenecks.

LEOS connects three disciplines that are too often separated:

  1. Leadership consulting — observable changes in delegation, decisions, communication, ownership, and adoption.
  2. Operational consulting — redesigned workflows, handovers, responsibilities, documentation, meetings, and metrics.
  3. Practical implementation — the workspace, dashboards, SOPs, templates, automations, and operating rhythms used in real work.

Begin with a LEOS Galaxy Audit

The audit maps the company as a galaxy of interconnected functions and produces:

What it costs

The Galaxy Audit

From €1,000, typically €1,000 to €6,000 excluding VAT. The price depends on what you want audited—from one function to several connected functions or all agreed functions in the company. It is paid upfront, delivered in 2 to 4 weeks, and stands alone from any later transformation.

The six-month transformation

The transformation is priced separately from the audit and is paid in full upfront. It carries a money-back guarantee after six months if the agreed metrics show no improvement.

The measures, baseline and stakeholder panel are agreed before delivery. At the end of six months, the pre-selected and interviewed stakeholders provide confidential evidence and judge whether improvement became visible. LEOS and the main sponsor/client cannot declare success alone. The transformation price is set from the agreed scope—functions, locations and leadership layers—and is stated in writing before work begins.
