A short call to decide whether a LEOS Galaxy Audit is the right next step for your organization.
The Galaxy Audit is a two-to-four week diagnosis, not a software demo. It maps your functions, scores the health of each planet in your business, records the friction your team lives with every day, clarifies who actually owns which decisions, and estimates where time and money are leaking into payroll, margin, cash, customers, and growth. It ends with one recommended Transformation Mission: the highest-value change to make next.
On the call we will cover the friction you are experiencing, who the executive sponsor would be, what evidence and access would be available, the audit fee and timeline, and how the audit fee is credited toward a six-month transformation.
Indicative price: the audit runs from €1,000, typically €1,000 to €6,000 excluding VAT.
