THE LEOS METHOD is the operating framework behind every Galaxy Audit and Transformation Mission. It treats the company as a galaxy of interconnected functions—or planets—and improves leadership behaviour and the operating environment together.

L — Locate the Friction

Find where work is breaking, repeating, slowing, hiding, or depending too much on one person.

Output: Friction Register, Functional Map, Planet Health Scores, and baseline evidence.

E — Establish Ownership

Give every important outcome one accountable owner. Clarify decision rights, authority, handovers, escalation, and review.

Output: Ownership and Decision Map plus observable leadership commitments.

O — Organize the System

Build the smallest useful structure that captures work, context, standards, decisions, and next actions.

Output: a working Minimum Viable Operating System, training, and adoption plan.

S — Strengthen Through Review

Use the system in real work, review evidence, collect stakeholder FeedForward, and continuously improve what matters.

Output: monthly Mission Reviews, adoption dashboard, corrections, and final impact report.
