LEOS helps growing companies identify where time, money, knowledge, and employee energy are being lost. Using THE LEOS METHOD, we improve the processes, operating systems, communication, and leadership behaviours behind the work—then ask the people who experience the change whether it worked.

Six-month transformation · Leadership + operations · Stakeholder-validated outcomes
We work with founders, C-suite leaders, and managers whose behaviour affects ownership, communication, decisions, delegation, and adoption.
We redesign and implement the workflows, handovers, documentation, systems, and tools employees use in daily work.
Leaders must reinforce the system, and the system must make the desired behaviour practical across the organization.
A database cannot correct a leader who undermines ownership. Coaching cannot repair an unusable process. LEOS works on both at the same time.
Find where the business is breaking, repeating, slowing, hiding, or depending too much on one person.
Give every important outcome one accountable owner and clarify authority, decisions, escalation, and review.
Build the smallest useful system that captures work, context, standards, decisions, and next actions.
Use the system in real work, review evidence, collect stakeholder FeedForward, and continuously improve.

The audit is a standalone diagnosis and the entry point to the six-month LEOS Organizational Transformation.
The audit is 10% of the total engagement fee. The remaining 90% is payable after six months when the pre-agreed stakeholder and operational success criteria are achieved.

See what organizational friction may be costing you. Unclear ownership and broken handovers typically leak 2.5% to 12.5% of payroll every year — €22,500 a year for a 10-person company with three weak functions, €112,500 for a 50-person one.
The audit replaces those illustrations with your own payroll, deal, rework, and turnover evidence, counts each loss once, and weights it by how well it is evidenced.
