Who should apply

The Galaxy Audit is best suited to a growing organization that has:

What the audit produces

Deliverables

What it costs

From €1,000, typically €1,000 to €6,000 excluding VAT, depending on employee count and the number of functions in scope. Paid in full upfront.

The audit fee is 10% of the total engagement fee for a following six-month transformation, and is credited toward it where the proposal states so.

Duration: 2 to 4 weeks.

The audit stands alone. If you never continue, you still keep the map, the scores, the register, and the mission.

What the friction is probably costing you

Most founders know something is leaking. Very few know the size of it. These are conservative illustrations, not benchmarks — they assume €30,000 fully loaded annual employment cost per employee and a payroll-equivalent loss of 2.5% for one critical function, 7.5% for three, and 12.5% for a systemic pattern.

Employees One critical function Three critical functions Systemic pattern
10 €7,500 €22,500 €37,500
20 €15,000 €45,000 €75,000
50 €37,500 €112,500 €187,500
100 €75,000 €225,000 €375,000

Your audit replaces every one of those assumptions with your own evidence: payroll, measured lost time, deal data, gross margin, rework, turnover, delays, and customer loss.

The report gives three numbers — gross exposure, an overlap adjustment, and evidence-weighted annual leakage. Overlap matters: Sales, Operations, and Communication often describe the same missed deal, so the loss is counted once and tagged to every function that contributed. High-confidence items carry full weight, triangulated items 60%, single-source perceptions 25% and shown separately.

The result is a business case you can defend to a board, not an attention-grabbing number. The full calculation methodology is available on request.
