Look for something that:
Use pain + repetition + value + founder dependency to choose.
Weak: “We need a new project-management platform.”
Useful: “Client work is tracked in three places, so nobody can see the current owner or next action without asking the founder.”
What repeatedly happens?
What should happen instead?
Which function owns the outcome?
Which handoff is involved?
Who experiences the failure?
