The LEOS Method: One-Page Summary

LEOS is a loop for changing one recurring point of friction without rebuilding the whole company at once.

L — Locate

Name an observable repeated failure, not a desired tool.

“We need a CRM” is a proposed solution. “Qualified enquiries arrive through five routes and some receive no next action” is friction you can investigate.

Record:

what happens;
how often;
who experiences it;
what it costs in time, cash, trust or founder attention;
which function and handoff it belongs to.

E — Establish

Name one person accountable for the outcome, then make the ownership real.

Clarify:

what they may decide without approval;
what resources they may use;
what they must not change;
when they must escalate;
who acts when they are absent.
